Did we miss some important information? Some things unclear? Here are some of the most frequently asked questions by other customers.

If you still couldn’t find an answer to your question please drop us an email to: hello@worldinbottles.com as we are always here to help. We usually reply within minutes unless it’s night time. In that case Steve will get back to you first thing in the morning as he gets up very early even if we are tasting wines late on the previous evening.

Not at the moment. However, we are already considering doing this. By all means, drop us an email, let us know which country you come from and we’ll see what we can do. Once we have enough interest, your country could be next. And don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter so you’ll be the first to know.

We respect that fact that not all wine will suit everybody all of the time. That’s great, as it keeps our range interesting. If there’s something that you specifically don’t want, let us know in advance and we’ll arrange something for you. We do however, actively promote that you should try all the wine at least once. You never know – you might be pleasantly surprised!

Don’t panic, it happens. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll sort you out with a replacement.

Of course. We offer 5% discount on all orders from 6 bottles and more and 10% discount for 12 or more bottles + free shipping. Even when you mix and match, discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

All orders will be shipped no later than in 5 working days. If you need your wine sooner please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time.

This could not be more simple. Just add different your address as a billing address and the address where you want wine to be shipped as a shipping address.
